Simple Vegan Garlic Basil Tofu Ricotta
- 1 box extra firm tofu
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well-combined. The final mixture should be a very thick, almost solid spread.
- Enjoy it on toasted French bread or crackers, dip your favorite veggies into it.
