Vegan Banana and Chia Overnight Oatmeal (Dairy-free, Vegan, vegetarian)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup of soy milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, mashed, optional
- Add the soy milk, oats, chia seeds, and banana to a jar or container and give them a good stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
- Next morning, add some soy milk. Top with fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, cocoa powder, granola, coconut, or vanilla extract.
