Vegan Banana and Chia Overnight Oatmeal (Dairy-free, Vegan, vegetarian)

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  •  ½ cup of soy milk 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana, mashed, optional


  1. Add the soy milk, oats, chia seeds, and banana to a jar or container and give them a good stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. 
  2. Next morning, add some soy milk. Top with fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, cocoa powder, granola, coconut, or vanilla extract.
